Yes. To reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows the time to be offered to someone else and keeps the container respectful for everyone.

All coaching sessions and classes are non-refundable. This honors the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session and holds clients accountable to their commitment.

At this time, insurance is not accepted. All coaching and classes are self-pay offerings.

Absolutely. All coaching sessions are private and confidential. Your safety, trust, and comfort are a top priority. Information shared in session remains within the coaching container except where legally required otherwise.
